Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for technical issues with digital products or failed activations.
• You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Activated license keys or successfully downloaded software
• Services already delivered or installed
• Change-of-mind or user error after successful activation
